Located in the city of Mérida, Yucatán. The design process is developed with principles of bioclimatic and biophilic architecture, with the intention of increasing the well-being of the inhabitants by connecting them with natural and vegetal elements, creating a sense of living outdoors, while providing all the necessary comforts to dwell in a cool and serene environment. The residence is proposed on a single level, with an open floor plan integrating social spaces that connect to the exterior terraces. By incorporating a play of volumes, the spaces are endowed with medium height, allowing natural light to fill the rooms while passively extracting hot air.
