The house is conceptualized according to the use of the common space living and dining room due to the owners intense social life. Without leaving the rest of the spatial quality of the house, the clear division of functions and the transparency of the ground floor are a strong conceptual feature of the house. The design is integrated from architectural, interiors and lighting.
