Residence in Praia do Forte, North Coast - BA, with 319m² distributed over two floors and a basement. The contemporary tropical architecture presents a rustic style and a casual and inviting concept, ideal for a beach house.
Cross ventilation and natural lighting were prioritized, with the use of materials such as wood, moledo stone, dendê straw, sisal, and burnt cement. The interior spaces are integrated with the exterior through large windows, and all rooms have natural lighting and ventilation, providing thermal comfort and reducing energy consumption.
The lighting project was carefully planned to create cozy environments and take advantage of the natural beauty surrounding the residence. The pool has a white burnt cement lining and a moledo stone edge, providing a casual and unique look.
