Monvert - alluding to the French expression "mon vert," which means "my green." The high standard residential complex that connects humans to greenery and the most innovative aspects of the construction industry worldwide, standing out for its technology, quality, and sophistication in every detail of its design.

It consists of two towers, named after regions in France – Auvergne and Burgundy – with 34 and 36 floors, respectively, totaling 140 units. The area of the Burgundy tower is 230.32 m², and that of Auvergne is 285.54m², both with two apartments per floor, with individualized social hall and four suites. The project is authored by Sidney Quintela Architecture + Urban Planning (architectural design), with two other renowned professionals on the project team, Alex Hanazaki (landscaping), and Flávio Moura (interiors).

Sustainability is a strong asset in the Monvert project, as the new residential complex features technologies that preserve the environment. It was the first residential complex in the North-Northeast to receive the EDGE Sustainable Construction seal, a certification created by the IFC (International Finance Corporation), a member of the World Bank Group. This Edge certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a platform that classifies sustainable actions, informing consumers of the real water and energy savings when acquiring a property with the seal.

The achievement of this seal reinforces how much the developer values social and environmental responsibility, and how much it seeks improvement for its customers and neighborhood, from the construction process to delivery.
