This residence enjoys a south orientation and a gentle slope towards the back of the plot. The house is strategically located at the top of the plot, leaving a large front space where the pool and garden are located.
The main design of this residence focuses on creating a fluid connection between the house and its natural surroundings. The rooms open onto the garden, facilitating a direct visual communication between the interior and the surrounding nature, creating a harmonious and relaxing environment.
All the main rooms are on the first floor, and a basement floor is also planned to house auxiliary areas such as parking, storage and facilities, and service areas.
The facade of the entire house combines large walls of dry stone of the area, with the upper ribbon with a “sate” type finish, of mortars. We always use natural colors, such as sand and stone, which integrate the house to the place.
The internal layout is open and modern, with continuous views of the garden and courtyards from all interior routes. The exterior pavements of the garden areas and access ramps are made of stained concrete and cobblestones. In the interior, as well as in the exterior living areas, the same natural stone is used, unifying and harmonizing the spaces.
