The project is organized around a central courtyard that articulates the different spaces and defines the living experience. This contained void not only regulates natural light and ventilation, but also establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, creating an atmosphere of calm and balance that accompanies every space.
The restrained material palette and spatial sequence create a journey in which the architecture is perceived in layers, framing views and fostering an intimate relationship with light and landscape. Natural stone, pigmented stucco, and exposed aggregate finishes become the protagonists of an architecture that finds its richness in the honesty of its materials and the subtlety of their textures.
The façade of PR House was conceived with the intention of expressing architecture through simplicity. A language of clean lines, pure volumes, and a serene composition was pursued, avoiding any unnecessary elements. Rather than drawing attention from the outside, the project proposes a quiet, timeless presence that integrates naturally with its immediate context.
Privacy was one of the project’s guiding principles. The façade acts as a filter that protects everyday life, limiting views from the street while allowing the experience of the house to unfold only through movement within it. What takes place inside becomes far more significant than the image projected toward the exterior.
This approach reflects an introspective architecture, where the true focus lies in the interior spaces, the entry of natural light, carefully framed views, and the connection between every environment.
PR House is a project whose program is distributed across three distinct levels. It represents a restrained and measured architecture that offers a much richer spatial experience, inviting its users to discover each space from the inside out, gradually revealing the essence and character of the project.
