GeoGeometries and home flexibility: a 95 sqm apartment in Trento

In the heart of Trento, this interior design project redefines the spaces of an apartment of approximately 95 sqm, balancing respect for the original structure with a profound layout renovation tailored to the new clients.

The concept is based on the continuity of the living area, where the existing space is enhanced by the insertion of a colored central volume: an island around which the entrance, kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly. Acting as a visual and functional binder is a large built-in furniture piece conceived as a continuous fitted wall. This element changes its aesthetic configuration depending on the functions it accommodates from time to time, while maintaining the project's unifying thread through a strictly coherent color palette and material selection.

While the living area plays on transparency and the centrality of volumes, the layout of the more private part of the house has been entirely rethought. The optimized layout now accommodates two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study dedicated to work or relaxation. Completing the intervention is the large "habitable" terrace, an outdoor space experienced as an authentic extension of contemporary living.
