CASA RHII

The commission was the design and construction of a house on a 200 m² lot with a front of 10 ml and a depth of 20 ml, within the Jockey Club condominium, in the city of Chiclayo. The clients, made up of a couple with three children, of whom two were living in Lima for university studies and a girl still of school age; They were looking for a house with a modern design, very open, with views towards a swimming pool, a parking lot for a car, a study and that fits the budget they had estimated.
