A large lot and a steep slope present unparalleled potential for views north of the city. The golf club in the background, as well as other green areas, visually stunning finished off with the view of the lake. The contour of the house resolves linearly in its three descending levels, ensuring all the areas of the house the views described above.
At the highest level, at the level of the sidewalk, there are private areas of bedrooms, the main large bedroom, as well as four medium bedrooms, with shared bathrooms and dressing rooms for children. On this level there is also a small family room and an area for study. In addition, on that level there is a large garage for 6 cars. The middle level contains the hall, lounge, bar, dining room, library and a large social terrace, as well as the breakfast area, family room, kitchen and laundry. On the lower level, the residence program is completed with a large game room with home cinema system, cellar, gym, bar, covered terrace.
Outside, with a small open pavilion that functions as a social area for recreational activities. This outdoor pavilion has a living room, dining room, bar and barbecue area, and is linked to the garden. It should be noted that this level is approximately 8 meters below the upper street, but 12 meters above the lower street, so the large garden that achieved this involved a challenge for the engineering level. The great wall seen from the bottom of the house and hiding the supports of the patio of slabs, is completely covered by the slab, to blend in with the natural cut of the existing stone.
Regarding the coatings of the house itself, it was chosen to work with a palette based on flattened materials, wood, mirasema stone, large areas of glass and several elements of exposed steel. In the interior materials dominate the marbles of Santo Tomás and the natural walnut wood. Due to its large size, for the vertical movement of the house there are 4 options: the main staircase and an elevator for daily use by the family, service and guests. An exterior staircase through gardens, and finally a large side service staircase that descends from the upstairs service area to the garden area on the lower level.
