Bespoked developed details can be found all over the project, developed with diferent craftsman teams. 
A family of five members wanted to expand their existing apartment to an upper floor. They requested for a sophisticated space that could be conected to the lower floor. 

The design contemplates clean lines, soft textures and translucent light. Because of it’s amazing views to the city, terraces were used to have private spaces in front of the bedrooms, and a social space for gatherings with friends and families. 

Brutalist house so they experimented with different concrete techniques. The result is an elegant and comfortable space, connected to the lower floor with an impressive stair.
