The ground floor, consisting mainly of a large living room in continiutà with the outside glass-enclosed patio and kitchen, is characterized by the presence of a metal sculpture created by the artist leopodo ceccarelli.
The outdoor patio looks out on a pool of about 60 square meters covered in resin.
