The concept for this project, based on the client brief, was to create a modern European residence that embodies timeless elegance. The design emphasizes neutral tones and clean lines while incorporating classic English elements like mouldings, creating a harmonious fusion of modern and traditional styles. Each room is carefully designed to provide ample storage options, maximizing functionality without compromising on aesthetics.
The spacious and inviting living room in greyish beige tones is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. A TV unit, ample sofa seating, a wall with full moulding, a bar unit, an 8-seater dining area, a full-height sideboard, English details in furnishings, a marble back on the TV unit and a pocket door near the dining area for kitchen access complete the picture. The balcony connects the indoors with the outdoors, enhancing the overall living experience.
The master bedroom in a neutral beige tone offers a serene atmosphere with a spacious walk-in wardrobe, while the son's bedroom following a gray and blue colour palette provides a tranquil and functional space for rest and study. The guest bedroom/den/multipurpose room caters to various needs, accommodating guests and providing a flexible space for work and leisure.
Space planning and material selection were carefully considered to ensure functionality and aesthetic coherence. Overall, the serenity of this home is accentuated by not just the elements but also the soothing colour palette maintained throughout the space.
