The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential complex located along the slopes of the Montgenèvre ski area. The residential complex consisting of two typically mountain-style buildings, with condominium services such as ski box, swimming pool and internal spa area.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area which, through a large window, opens onto the private garden and the slopes, with an amazing view of the mountains.

The house is a typically small holiday home, so the need for space optimization has been solved with some built-in wardrobes and bespoke furnishing solutions. The common thread that binds all the elements of the house and makes it harmonious and welcoming is brushed larch, used for wall coverings, doors and most of the furniture. The larch, in combination with the white lacquered furniture, gives the house a more modern style, maintaining the mountain atmosphere.

The custom designed living room wall encloses the fireplace, a TV, and numerous storage spaces.

The modern and linear kitchen is framed by wooden elements. The back wall is designed with wallpaper depicting mountain animals, but with modern lines and natural colors, which echo those of the furniture.

The rooms, small but cozy, are in line with the style of the apartment by recalling the same materials and fabrics.
