This old cigarette factory has been transformed into a center for creative industries. The building holds 4 distinct workspaces and a communal part where a kitchen, dining area and meeting room are shared. The character of the old factory has been preserved as much as possible, leaving walls in brickwork where possible and showing the structures in wood and steel. The ground floor is finished in a blue polished concrete and the upper floors are all done in wood. The building today houses an architecture office, two photo studio's and a graphic designer's workshop.
