This stunning seaside apartment is home to a couple that are passionate art collectors. The residence was designed with this in mind, creating a space that was warm and inviting without competing with the art. Lighting was also chosen to enhance the pieces. Light oak flooring and a live edge dining table give an understated and intimate touch to an otherwise contemporary setting. Touches of black and white are seen throughout, with curved furniture to ease the flow of the open living room spaces.

The view of the marina is center stage and unobstructed by the interior. The owners are fans of entertaining many guests, so the common areas were designed to be free flowing and accommodating while intimate at the same time. For the bedrooms maintaining a minimal, zen aesthetic was of utmost importance - the custom millwork in the master bath provides a serene, calming effect.
