Urban elegance defines the Collingwood residence, a cosmopolitan haven for a family of seven. $500K budget decorated the 425sqm interior across level nine and ten, encompassing multiple sitting areas, kitchen, dining, retreats, main bedroom suite and children’s bedrooms. The large glazing and plain walls offered a canvas of cool architecture and cabinetry, which was elevated with wallpaper and bronze detailing. For this colourful family, RYLIE designed layers of warmth and texture to create ambience and comfort within this spaciousness. The decoration comprised of custom upholstery, rugs, international lighting suppliers and local furniture collaborations such as Simeon Dux. Full art and object curation was personalised and sourced from galleries around the country. Artistic works by Sally Gabori, Joseph Jurra Tjapaltjarri, Emma Fairbairn, Lewis Miller and People Rodney were few among many that feature the clients’ connection to country and of course, love of dachshunds and zebras.
