FIRST PRICE_The contest is very current and usual in the Italian urban landscape. Every Italian city has several buildings of different ages, one next to the other. Institutions and established companies, which are closely linked to the region, have their seat there. The contest was about refurbishment, enhance and update building and places, with respect for what already exists and may be needed by the headquarter of Unione Industriale Torino, the conference centre and the club. There are three main strong identities, such as a building of the ‘60 designed by architect Dezzutti, rigorous and functional with beautiful details of interior design, the 19th century building Marone Cinzano and the Park, historical leisure time place. Design solution adds a large winter garden and an outside dehor, to which the building and the park are the scenary flat. So, all elements are physically and visually connected spaces.
