Project in partnership with the office 76A – Architect Fernando Pasquali.

In response to the narrow and deep site, an extended volumetric solution was adopted for the project of this 35 building apartment. The project also takes advantage of horizontal and vertical plans that break with the linearity of its shape, giving identity to the building and providing shadow and privacy between its units.

The ground floor basically holds access to the blocks of apartments, configured by open areas with generous ceiling height. An apparent concrete marquise leads residents to the entrance halls on a route marked by the building's pilotis.

Located in the central area of Bento Gonçalves, in serra gaúcha, the units have different typologies and are distributed along 6 floors. The garage occupies two basement floors and the building also has a leisure area on its second level.

Floor plans have a variety of layouts. The apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with and without suites, and kitchens connected to the living and dining rooms. One of the project's development strategies was to arrange the dormitories on the plan so that everyone could have windows facing north and thus receive some direct sunlight during the cold season of the year.
