Kaye, located in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, is designed to feel like home while effortlessly blending with its vibrant surroundings. The building respects the character and scale of the existing neighborhood, enhances pedestrian life, and contributes to the area’s dynamic community fabric. Thorough community engagement helped shape the design, guaranteeing that kay aligns with local priorities and needs. 

The project features a 31-story residential tower with ground-floor retail and lower-level parking. A double-height retail space activates the street, while alleys connect and enhance pedestrian flow. A lower-scale podium, designed to match the surrounding neighborhood, houses 10 three-bedroom family units and a flexible outdoor space, allowing families to grow and thrive without leaving the city they love.
