Cuatro50 expansive housing is a project from the architectural office of Nuñez Ribot. 

Prefabricated housing, quick to build, but in appearance totally unlike any other modular home, with larger dimensions than any other system in our Spanish market. Cuatro 50 is designed for contemporary living with generous kitchens and interchangeable module usage. Cuatro 50 distribution and finishes could be defined and customized by the client. Cuatro 50 is an ecologically efficient system, built with steel frame structure plus insulation, ventilation and waterproofing layers and all-around ventilated perimeters.

Cuatro50 DURUELO was our first prototype. As setting-up location was very singular we separated the building from the ground in order to liberate the natural terrain where runoff waters and animals can cross with freedom. Only one size vertically mounted autoclaved pine wooden planks were chosen for facades and shutters.

Roofing: Ventilated roof covered by aluminum sheets, RIVERCLACK.
