Hip living on Koh Sam

Arcsis as Architects

Design Square covers an unseen area of over 3 Rai and consists of 8 outstanding design villa's with seaview and surrounded by nothing but nature. The spacious villas have easily access, all with private pool are nestled in a peaceful landscape of palm trees and greenery. The villas will be constructed in such a way that neither the views nor the peace of the finished properties will be disturbed at any time. The project Design Square is conceived as an enclosed, private domain with privacy and security. The airport, the golf courses, Chaweng beach and the shopping areas are only a few steps away from the development. The estate also offers private parking.

The main goal is to establish a top quality design environment which will become the new benchmark for project development in Samui. We are dead serious about what we do: developing special areas and genuine magic places with respect for ecology, community and people. We realise great architectural projects with an explicit preference for beauty & design by carefully choosing the places where you rest your body, refresh your mind and invest your money. It's all about fulfilling longterm dreams.
