HTO Architecture & Engineering was appointed to coordinate the relocation of Deloitte both as a designer and a contractor for their new Bucharest Headquarters located in the 8 out of The Mark’s Office Building 14 floors.
The project has a distinctive design that was intended to be implemented in order to create an individual personality of the imagined office.
Deloitte Project could be characterized by the following criteria: functionality – form follows function; quality – implemented as much as the budget allows quality rated materials and systems; and timeless design – try not to always “to be in trend”.
The timeframe was the most difficult part of the project. Put aside all of the client’s requirements in terms of functionality and design, the fact that the Architectural Project was appointed in late August 2018 and Concept approved in late September 2018 and that the entire 8.800 sqm had to be implemented by the 1st of May 2019 was challenging. The solution consisted in developing the project only using systems (partitions, furniture, flooring, etc.) that came from worldwide renowned brands and, besides the quality and design specification had the advantage of a very short required installation time.
