The project is located in an old building in São Paulo and underwent a complete transformation, with significant changes to the layout and the updating of all finishes. To expand the social area, we redesigned the floor plan, repositioned the guest bathroom, and carried out strategic demolitions. The circulation in the private area was designed to enhance natural light and transparency without sacrificing privacy — to achieve this, we created a freijó wood bookcase with a cane backing, which brings lightness and sophistication to the space.

To ensure visual continuity and a sense of spaciousness in the living area, we designed a panel that extends through the entrance, living room, and hallway, featuring concealed doors in a neutral palette. The Cumaru wood floor by Akafloor, with texture and warm tone, becomes the centerpiece of the space — adding warmth, elegance, and reinforcing the timeless identity of the design. The furniture was carefully curated, blending contemporary pieces with antiques to create a balanced and character-filled result.

The highlight of the project is the Cumaru wood floor by Akafloor, where the wood takes center stage, warming the space and evoking a sense of coziness and sophistication.
