When the not-for-profit, public/private partnership Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore (EAGB) was looking to relocate, they looked towards Turner Development to create a signature space they could call home. EAGBs board consists of the top leaders in Maryland’s political and private sector and they needed an office to reflect that. Turner Development acting as landlord and developer was able to deliver an inspiring, flexible, and multi-functional space for EAGB to compete in the globally competitive marketplace.
