Basic theme of this site office warm and neutral use of natural elements which infuses positive energy create peaceful environment. Landscaped garden with kaddapa walkway is placed at the middle of this L shaped office in such a way that each cabin will have view of greenery while they sit inside. Contours with asymmetric cut out in the concrete above compliments each other creating a welcoming gesture. Clear glass façade provides uninterrupted view of office from outside as well as inside.

INTERIOR
Taking a minimalistic approach to design as per the clients brief using current modern palette of concrete ,brick ,wood,and kota in flooring.

COURTYARD
While entering guest receives a courtyard which acts as a division between public and semi-private space also bringing natural lights. Adding Staggered brick screen as an element creating play of shadow on walls and floor. Furthermore, plumeria plant adds aesthetic beauty in this court yard.

PASSAGE
A passage connects two extreme point of office. Sticking to natural element, kota stone is used as flooring material. Small size kota of different shade is selected in order to high light a passage. Shade variation of kota creates beautiful random pattern in its own way adding sense of beaty in the office.

INFORMAL OR WAITING AREA
wall of informal area is done with exposed brick cladding. In order to break monotony of typical horizontal pattern,vertical offset pattern is added creating captivating figure.

Rest of flooring is done in 600 mm x 600 mm kota. CNC cut pattern in flooring informal area creates in built rug avoiding artificial element.

Specially customised Anglo Indian style furniture with modern wood working techniques compliments with exposed brick wall. To make this arrangement more vibrant, flower pots is placed.

MEETING ROOM
Meeting room follows similar minimalistic concept with free standing furniture with concrete wall enclosed with transparent glass partition. Vibrant colour painting and tapestry is used to break monotony of colour and to give it vibrant feeling.

MAIN CABIN
Even in the main cabin’, client required glass partition to supervise project from cabin only. So wooden blinds have to be installed. By this not only privacy is achieved but also these blinds create beautiful play of light and shadow generating photogenic view.The chosen of furniture pieces are such that they along with minimal quality of the built space and the rawness of the structure. These cabin follows similar concept of bricks backdrop, wooden table and concrete ceiling. Green chair adds lively feeling with flower pots.
