Located in the Brie region, at the gates of Servon, this project proposes a contemporary and urban image, paying close attention to nature.
The proposal is based on a green heart, whose wooden buildings, arranged along pedestrian walks, are expressed by means of volumes that prioritize the human scale. The facades’ diversity, in warm tones, sets the pace of the project and adapts to the perimeter situations, while naturally harmonizing the whole. Its carefully built architecture, added to 10,000 m2 of green areas with plants of local varieties, creates a cozy atmosphere that favors customer experience, inviting for a walk, shopping, leisure and family relaxation.
