When forming a new organization, strategic space planning becomes a vital tool for integration. For the merger of three entities into EIFO, KHR Architecture facilitated the design of a 10,600 m² headquarters within the Orienthuset in Nordhavn. Now home to 450 employees across four floors, the workspace was developed through an evidence-based approach, utilizing detailed questionnaires and user surveys to shape the interior concept. Beyond the physical layout, the project involved comprehensive tenant consultancy, including the management of EU tenders to ensure the new office perfectly aligns with the unified organization's functional needs.
