This KHR-designed commercial landmark in central Nuuk seamlessly integrates high-end dining with premium retail opportunities. The structure features an elegant restaurant complemented by a spectacular roof terrace, alongside versatile commercial space available for lease. 

Serving as the lead architectural consultant, KHR directed the entire creative vision, extending their expertise beyond the building's shell to include bespoke furniture design and a fully curated interior for the restaurant.
