In order to participate in the debate, promoted by the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, aimed at the formalization of an urban and architectural project leading to a proposal for the ordering of public spaces that substantiates a structured contribution to the city, at various levels, we propose a set of ideas that encourage socio-cultural and artistic development that can be increased and supported by the urban network. This reflection highlights the appropriation and the enjoyment of the public space, associating people, equipment, services and cultural entities, in the search for a dynamic and receptive city to the reception of artists, from various disciplines of cultural expression (Theater, Dance, Music, Circus, Installation, Digital Art, New Media, Urban Art). In addition to this larger-scale objective, we conceived a proposal for the integration of new elements, connecting the Imaginarius Center for Creation, Art and Public Space to the Cineteatro António Lamoso, in the set of public spaces that make up a coherent and extended system to of the city.
