The modernization involves upgrading Buildings 500, 1300, and 1500, including full seismic rehabilitation and interior enhancements to accommodate classrooms, a library, an E-Sports lab, and extra storage facilities.

In addition to the building upgrades, the project consists of hardscape enhancements on the site, such as concrete pathways, asphalt paving, and additional parking spaces.
