A plot of land with potential, requiring a strategic vision to maximize value and integration into the landscape. A development that proposes the integration of 9 single-family homes with T4 typologies, designed to harmoniously integrate with the native vegetation, transforming the buildings into a natural extension of the landscape and reinforcing the connection between the environment and the residents. The homes are interconnected by an organic transition of vegetation, where light and shadow balance to optimize solar exposure and energy efficiency, creating shared spaces that promote social interaction and enhance quality of life.
The goal is to foster landscape design, preserving the essence of the place, and ensuring a balanced relationship between the buildings and the permeability of the soil in the enhancement of the overall image of the place as a unified or ambient space, allowing future generations to enjoy land, soil, water, and air with better conditions, ensuring the relationship between landscape conservation and contemporary urban fabric. The proposed intervention for the exterior arrangements and landscaping aims primarily to ensure the recreation of the natural landscape, through the recognition and use of native vegetation.
The objectives are:
To ensure a balanced and interdependent relationship between the built environment and the outdoor spaces, so that they are seen as inseparable;
To recover and promote a vegetation cover appropriate to the edaphoclimatic characteristics of the site and the cultural landscape, aiming at sustainability;
To promote biodiversity and ecological balance, in order to develop a landscaping treatment, ensuring soil permeability.
The urban planning operation ensures the execution of all work related to access, common spaces, condominium room, playground for the condominium residents, private parking spaces, and areas to be ceded to the public domain, ensuring the proper functioning of the condominium in relation to the surrounding public space.
The area of the plot to be intervened has a relatively gentle topography.
