Estepona Hills - A master plan affording quality living

Estepona Hills - A master plan affording quality living

In this era of global mobility, many people are searching all over the world for a special place for a holiday home or second residence as a complete break from their everyday life.

One such place, which can be reached in three hours from the main cities of Europe, is the Costa del Sol in Spain. The lure it exerts is vividly shown by non-stop building development filling the coastal landscape with tall apartment blocks and densely packed garish villas. The commercial development in progress contrasts starkly with the quality of this unique landscape.

This is why, in 2003 we were approached and asked to design something quite different, a master plan for an exclusive villa complex that would harmonise with the surrounding landscape and must be part of a sensitive and sustainable overall concept. The result was Estepona Hills - The European Village. It is a place with a special quality of life, inspired by such values as high-quality architecture, design, leisure, community, and respect for the natural environment.
