Construction within old building stock carries its own requirements that need to be taken into account from the outset but that can also, due to unforeseen factors, lead to economic risks during the realisation of the project.

As we have demonstrated with the project of Hotel Stadtpalais in Cologne, one can counter these factors specifically with a flexible optimisation concerning deadlines and costs which accompanies the building process. In close cooperation and consultation with the contractors and manufacturers we have adapted both the timing and the execution to the changing framework of the project.
