The concept is based only on the existing site conditions where the factory is residing now.
Concept: Site Specific Design Hence the facade shapes are evolved from the lighting diverging point form the lighting fixtures within the facade of the warehouse . Also there is a subtracted space within the ground level of the site in front of the ware house and similarly the diverging lines from that subtracted space is added to the facade along with the diverging lighting points to create an abstract art over the facade of the factory. All these will help to look the design matching the current context ( site specific) and site . Also its provides an another outlook to the design during the night with the lamps on.
And the concept behind the selection of colour for the designed panels are as follows.
Yellow panels: As an indication to the light emerging from the lamp. Purple panels: As a complimentary colour to the yellow and to balance the colour.
yellow orange , orange and yellow green panels: As the analogy colour combination to the yellow form the colour wheel. And also the yellow green cool colour is used for the larger panels size to is balance the warm colour of orange and yellow orange used in other small panels.
