Fa, located within Wenzhou Impression City, is a 600-square-meter flagship mahjong and card game space. Drawing inspiration from the cultural memories of "urban villages," the designer has transformed this commercial area into a "micro-community" brimming with childhood nostalgia and the essence of urban transformation.
The space is not just arranged—it is evoked: it brings to mind the narrow alleyways where you played as a child, the corner shop that sold ice pops and soda, and the sounds of clinking mahjong tiles and laughter echoing from the shadows of towering buildings.
Thus, within this confined indoor area, we witness a narrative approach rich with emotional resonance—remodeling time through space.
