A countryside and stylish comforts of the 21st century, the modern farmhouse enhances the collaborative atmosphere, the long-elongated passage with chevron black & white flooring and wooden ceiling in the passage draws the dramatic entrance. The softness of the arch doors 7 windows welcomes into the living room, and becomes a defining feature against the wooden flooring with floral upholstery in the furniture, with color visible through it, where walls and ceilings are kept basic.
The living area has a cluster of seating one of which is occupied with 2 3-seater sofas, 2 wing chairs, a bench and a centre table looking like a trunk, the other one has a card table, completing the visuals with a printed rug. The centre sofa is flanked by 2 brown side tables. The arched shelves in the corner of the space know how to grab one’s attention. And breaking the monotony of arches comes the tv wall with seamless curves and a sleek niche at the bottom, then adding texture & playing with curtains keeping it simple.
Textured walls add an edgy aspect to the dining space with windows on all 3 sides allowing the natural light from all directions, along with a chandelier cum fan. In the adjoining we have a theatre room, keeping the space unadorned. A connecting kitchen breaks the neutral palette with terrazzo flooring and sage green shutters. A recreational space is also provided in the center with spa room and powder washroom in front. The bedroom with a twist. The bed with floral upholstery flanked by 2 hanging lights on each side a console and a printed rug adds brings life to the neutral space with a combined washroom.
The pool outside with a gazebo is the luxury of space of the farmhouse, planned with deck flooring to host parties, so here this accentuates the ambience of the farmhouse. Working out by the nature, an open gym connected through the passage who wouldn’t mind? A different approach to plan it in the open using the advantage of an open space. Functional yet suits the design.
