The Sensory Masterplan: Terra, Aria & Azura
The masterplan establishes a network of green corridors extending from Masdar to Al Masar Park, seamlessly integrating the neighbourhood into the wider landscape framework. The three garden districts — Terra, Aria, and Azura — are strategically positioned along these connections, creating immersive spaces for activity, interaction, and retreat. Additional internal green pathways further strengthen connectivity, ensuring walkable circulation, visual continuity, and direct access to Al Masar Park.

Terra Park, inspired by the grounding qualities of the earth, serves as the social heart of the community with multifunctional lawns, BBQ terraces, family picnic areas, shaded lounges, and children’s play spaces.
Aria Park, shaped by movement and vitality, introduces sensory gardens, outdoor fitness stations, yoga pavilions, and wellness platforms that encourage an active lifestyle closely connected to nature.
Azura Park offers a tranquil and restorative atmosphere through reflective pools, tea gardens, sound-healing corners, and quiet reading spaces designed for relaxation and contemplation.
At the centre of the community, the clubhouse acts as a social and recreational hub, featuring swimming pools, children’s pools, and versatile lifestyle amenities.
