Set below street level, the FD Residence stands out with its volumetric design, subtly revealing a mid-level and an upper block. The L-shaped layout and the intelligent use of metal structure allow for large spans, creating a sense of openness and fluidity. Surrounded by landscaped areas on both the social and upper floors, the FD Residence reveals a strong connection with nature. Extensive, slender eaves extend over the volume, surrounding the entire upper floor, adding a distinctive feature to both the design and functionality.

The heart of the residence revolves around a social area with a high ceiling, facilitating a dynamic connection between the spaces. The light tones accentuate the spaciousness, creating a balanced contrast with the exterior and offering a visually and sensorially striking yet subtle experience. This expansive space not only integrates the social and gourmet areas but also provides a more intimate and cozy external lounge area with a lower ceiling that invites relaxation.

The transition between the interior and exterior is handled seamlessly with large glazed openings that enhance the sense of spatial openness. The external area extends to a panoramic view of a beautiful lake, a key element in the positioning of spaces, openings, and layout decisions. Both in the perspectives offered by the house's positioning and in the incorporation of more intimate spaces, the functionality underscores the importance of prioritizing areas that enhance moments of contemplation and relaxation.
