The GF Residence was designed with the principle of a precise positioning on the site, embracing its natural potential in harmony with landscaping and functionality. The “T” shaped layout not only highlights the volumetric movement between the house's floors but also allows for an extended range of social and private spaces that open towards a large lake, a central feature in the external views carefully considered in the choices of openings on the rear facade. The front facade reinforces privacy from the street and features a combination of stone, slats, and concrete, where the wooden tones contrast with the lighter stones, while the thoughtfully integrated landscaping enhances the dialogue between the building and the natural surroundings.

The expansive eaves protecting the bedrooms on the upper floor emphasize the horizontal lines of the volume, creating a visual dynamic where the lighter base block contrasts with the darker structure of the second level. The use of metal structure allows for a unique approach, with even the darker elements, such as glazed surfaces and slats, lending a striking lightness to the volume.

Internally, the generous ceiling height in the living area highlights the active communication between the interior spaces of the floors. The palette of earthy and light tones provides a delicate harmony, while the glass-walled wine cellar and internal lounging areas create a cozy atmosphere. The vivid presence of landscaping within the interiors adds delicacy and integration, reinforcing the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The leisure area, spread across three levels, elegantly and functionally utilizes the elevation change, offering a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding landscape. The L-shaped arrangement of both indoor and outdoor social areas facilitates a seamless connection with the leisure zone, which includes a beach tennis court, barbecue area, and swimming pool.
