In the heart of Chania city, a familiar name for many years takes on a new face. Feidias, one of the city's oldest bar-restaurants, returns with a new aesthetic and a renewed identity. Behind the complete renovation of the space was the goal of combining respect for the past with a gaze directed toward the present – and the future.
The initial design intention was to capture the spirit of an urban meeting point that has already written history and to give it a new form, in an aesthetic balance between the natural and the industrial, the warm and the austere.
Wood, metal, and natural textures dominate, composing an environment that changes subtly throughout the day. Wood predominates on the floor and ceiling, offering a sense of natural continuity that warms the space.

In harmonious contrast to the warm wood, metal elements in golden shades enhance the sense of elegance. They appear in light fixtures and furniture details, acting as luminous interventions within the general palette.
Placed at selected points, mirrors do not function merely as a decorative element, but as a tool for expanding the space. They multiply light and perspectives, creating the illusion of a larger, more flexible environment.
