Originally built in 1963, this 2,800 sq ft mid-century modern remodel provides a shot of adreline to a house tired from years of neglect. Project scope included reworking the floor plans, updating amenities and new finishes throughout. The combination of restored glazing units, new skylights, including a large carport covered with polygal transluscent panels, and the utilization of brighter finishes, creates a light infused interior and modern take on indoor / outdoor living.
