Fitseveneleven The Squaire

FITSEVENELEVEN Frankfurt Airport - The Squaire

sofSURFACES Inc. as Manufacturers

The training facility is located in the Squaire, an architectural masterpiece next to Frankfurt Airport. The building was designed by J.S.K Architekci, and the building of the project started in 2007. The project was eventually finished six years later in 2013. In the Squaire you can find hotels, restaurants, shops, barbers, and since the opening of the brand-new FITSEVENELEVEN also a high-end gym.

Together with design company Seven Arts, FITSEVENELEVEN decided to use our DuraSound 70MM floor, because they needed a floor with good acoustical properties, as well as a premium look and feeling. The DuraSound 70MM tiles are in the free-weight area and functional fitness area. The total area of the gym is 800 square meters, of which 265 square meters is equipped with DuraSound tiles.

The tiles do not need to be glued to the floor, which ensures that it remains completely intact. The tile also has a studded structure at the bottom, making it easy for cables to be pulled under the rubber floor. The tiles are made from 100% recycled material and can easily be recycled again after their lifespan.
