Private real estate development company of the Republic of Karelia (North-West region of Russia) turned to us to make visualization of the apartments to increase sales of flats in newly built house. They gave us a layout of one of the apartments and asked to make high-quality rendering of three rooms: kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Style - for our taste, the deadline - 7 days. First, we created 3D models of each room, then our designers found the right pieces of furniture and we built 3D models of furniture and interior elements in the 3D model of the room. After that we picked up the materials, colors and textures for all elements. The most important part of creating realistic images for all architectural design projects is the proper arrangement of lighting. After exposure was completed, we ran the rendering process on our high-performance computer farm.
As a result, we have created a photorealistic image that gives a live presentation to potential buyers of the apartments, which the developer offers. We have kept right on time. The customer was very pleased with the quality of work executed by our Studio. Thus, we have helped to see the huge potential and advantages of the property, creating a visual presentation to prospective buyers.
