The project is located in the historical centre of Lugo di Romagna, a little town with important commercial traditions situated in the Po countryside.
The new volumes create a very dense urban space based on the continuity of the public ground. The shapes are made of different fragments that give a very permeable density with a close relationship between public and private.
Moreover the buildings, finished in stone and glass, are light and permeable like sponges.
