For the French brand From Future, the KIDZ team designed a pop-up that will be displayed for several months in Paris’s Le Bon Marché department store. The installation reflects the brand’s modern aesthetic while preserving tactile and natural elements. The project posed challenges due to tight deadlines, but the team successfully offered unique design solutions that harmoniously blend complex materials and technical details.

At the center of the composition is a massive table shaped like a “golden stone,” serving as a display for accessories and key clothing items, and creating a focal point that encourages visitors to enter the installation. This central element is made from natural stone coated in gold paint, emphasizing the brand’s connection to natural materials. Surrounding the “golden stone” are two large, elliptical racks with shelves for clothing, guiding the eye toward the centerpiece. This layout allows passersby to view the display, while inviting visitors to explore the main attraction.

Additional details include mirrored metal spheres above the central table, adding dynamism to the display, and a metal brand logo with hidden lighting that enhances the installation’s technological aesthetic and creates a cohesive, complete image. Metallic and mirrored elements on the shelves, racks, and logo lend the space a sense of lightness and movement, underscoring From Future’s avant-garde approach to retail design.

Materials played a key role in setting the desired atmosphere. Gray carpeting on the floor clearly defines the pop-up’s boundaries, unifying the composition and addressing several functional needs. It hides cables running from floor outlets to the racks and other lighting elements, ensuring a neat appearance and safe connection of all technical details. The neutral-toned carpet also highlights the expressive gold and metallic accents of the structure, balancing warmth with minimalism.
