Ultraconfidentiel is thrilled to present the innovative workplace design for Gateway Distriparks, where minimalist aesthetics meet modern details to create a contemporary and functional space.

The design is marked by clean lines and gentle curves, with the color blue as a central theme, symbolizing calmness, tranquillity, and endless possibilities—key elements for a productive and inspiring atmosphere. This cohesive color scheme unifies the interior, enhancing the sense of harmony.

Carefully crafted with a human-centric approach, the design incorporates task-oriented principles, offering distinct zones tailored to various activities. The reception area, flooded with natural light, features large digital screens, bespoke furniture, and high-end materials like marble-clad floors and walls, complemented by veneer-clad columns. This central hub separates the space into two internal departments for sister companies Snowman Logistics and NTSC.

Each workspace boasts an open-plan workstation area, strategically arranged open cubicles, private cabins for senior management, phone pods, various-sized zoom rooms and meeting rooms, a print and copy area, and an open pantry with seating.

The open workstation area envelops employees in a serene palette of whites, light greys, and soothing blue. Customized soft lighting fixtures with acoustic disks, thoughtfully placed in the open ceiling, gently illuminate the space, enhancing tranquillity while ensuring adequate brightness for tasks. Carpeted flooring, chosen for its sound-absorbing qualities and comfort, contributes to a quiet working environment. The layout encourages collaboration and transparency, with open cubicles featuring premium materials like oak laminate, open-cell ceilings, and stretch fabric lighting.

Senior management's private cabins, located along the glass façade, are bathed in natural light while maintaining privacy. These cabins seamlessly integrate automated climate control systems and custom-designed lighting fixtures, creating an efficient and comfortable ambiance. A sophisticated palette of marble, fluted veneer, and black metal elements elevates the experience.

The thoughtful combination of materials, biophilic elements, and natural lighting fosters an atmosphere conducive to creativity and concentration. This meticulously designed environment not only enhances productivity but also promotes overall well-being, establishing a vibrant and healthy workplace.
