The Gatfield Residence is a 2,300 sq ft renovation of an industrial loft in West Chelsea. The industrial character of the apartment is enhanced a careful selection of materials, including raw blackened steel, textured art glass, and a reclaimed oak floor stained to harmonize with the exposed timber beams.
The expansive kitchen has been modernized with custom European cabinetry. Two separate wings each have their own bedroom with new closets and bathrooms en suite.
The entire apartment was sensitively appointed with new furniture, light fixtures and window treatments to create a lush and secluded ambiance that embraces a wraparound view of the private courtyard.
