Park Adhocracy is the proposal for a new office innovation.
Unlike traditional bureaucracy, Adhocracy is an innovative system of organizational structure that adapts arbitrarily to organizations with flexibility, which refers to a flexible system of organizational management. We propose a new office approach to create a self-sustaining relationship through multiple placements by active choice, breaking away from the space of existing offices in line with a fluid business organization system that accommodates flexible and multi-relationships.
Offi-Ludens puts the regression of the playing human, homo-Ludens, into the workplace. In forming ad hoc relationships, unpredictable and heterogeneous elements that can be met in various forms create a play space, a fun office space, and naturally induce members to work dynamically. This breaks down the boundaries of work and life, creating an active organism that creates its own place.
Through the establishment of the flexible autonomous formal system auto-poiesis system, it constantly creates self-generating relationships in the box of inner-story boundaries in modern cities where there are no various connections and an exclusive urban environment. We look forward to playing a complex role of the city as a multi-body multiplicity where new worlds coexist.
