Located in the Brixen district of Millan, this residential complex takes the name and place of the old Götschelehof farm. A key prerequisite for this project was the harmonious integration of the new building into the architectural context of the neighbourhood. The complex is divided into two buildings, one facing west and the other south.

The shapes of the roofs and surrounding buildings are taken up through a reinterpretation of the classic gabled roof, which like a ribbon seems to continue along the sides of the masonry, as well as by the honeycomb pattern visible on both sides. The internal access areas have been created along Via Plose, so as to safeguard the privacy of the residents.
