What was once a strange layout with lots of walls and rooms with very dated and dingy finishes, now has drastically changed into a family home for new homeowners, Patty & Jonathan. With a challenging time to renovate in NYC, we (with the help of our renovation family) successfully gut-renovated the triplex for the homeowners to move-in in under 8 months! That's incredible given all the hurdles to renovate in NYC.
